Ordering your groceries through our Bulk & Case Club is a great way to save time and money while supporting The Creamery. Based on your inquiries, we can track down and order thousands of different products from our distributors, including products that we don’t normally stock on our shelves. Orders from the  Bulk & Case Club will receive a 5% discount from our newly lowered retail prices. In appreciation to the ongoing support of our Member-Owner community, Co-Op Creamery Members will receive an additional 5% discount, for a total of 10% off shelf pricing.

Favorite brand of pretzels? Olive oil? Toothpaste? Need a bushel of apples or ten pounds of dried shiitake mushrooms?  While many of our available items have changed with the conversion to our new primary distributor, we can certainly help you track down a workable equivalent and save you the hassle of driving to another store.

1. You can order anything we normally have on the shelves or you can request an item we don’t have.  If it is something we do not carry we can check for the item’s availability and contact you if we can source it for you.

You only need to submit one form for multiple items. Simply follow the format and instructions below for each item ordered and enter the information in the item entry section below. Press enter to start a new line/paragraph for additional products. 

UPC codes are found under the barcode if the product has one.  Be sure to use all numbers including leading and ending zeros. If the product does not have a barcode, please describe it to the best of your ability and request a confirmation call so that we can be sure to order the correct product.

Please submit orders in this format:

Brand, Item Description, Product Code/UPC, Pack/Size, Order Quantity 

Example: Cascadian Farms, Frzn Peas OG, 0-185623, 12/8oz.,  x 1 cs.

You may also attach the clipped UPC label from a product to the paper form to insure accuracy.  If you are not sure about the availability of a product, fill out an order form and check the box requesting contact by email or phone call. We will notify you of the case price before your order is placed. (This will help avoid surprises when your order and invoice arrive through the store!)

3. Give your paper Bulk & Case Club order form to a cashier or submit your form online. You will receive a phone call from the store when your order is ready for pickup. Please note that our storage space is extremely limited, especially for perishable items. 

AGNE Orders must be submitted by Sunday at 8:00 PM for pickup the following Thursday after 4:00 PM.  

AGNE currently does not accept returns after 24 hours of delivery. Please verify your order at pickup to confirm it is the correct item and quantity.

4. To pick up your order, simply notify the cashier. They will retrieve your form and you may pay for your item(s). If the item is particularly heavy, we can load it out to you directly from our delivery door by the ATM.
